Request to change category collation for Ilokano Wikipedia

Currently the category collation configuration for Ilokano Wikipedia is uppercase (default), to better sort our categories numerically and in relation with our alphabet (Ilokano, Tagalog and Filipino has the same alphabets) it is requested that it shoud be changed to uca-fil-u-kn (uca-fil as suported by ICU library with numeric sorting) or uca-tl-u-kn (uca-tl as suported by by MediaWiki) with numeric sorting) .
